Forest run
A downloadable game for Windows
Forest Run
Run. Dodge. Collect. Compete for real cash.
Forest Run is a fast-paced 3D endless runner set in a stylized, toon-shaded forest. Sprint down a winding path through the woods, dodge obstacles, collect coins, and climb the leaderboards — where the top players win real money.
How to Play
You start at a cozy forest campsite. Press any key and your character takes off running down a curving forest trail. From there, it's all about reflexes:
- Switch lanes (Left/Right or A/D) to dodge rocks, fallen trees, and molehills blocking your path
- Jump (Space or W) to clear ground obstacles
- Duck (S or Ctrl) to slide under bee swarms and spiderwebs
- Bounce off mushroom pads that launch you over large obstacles
- Run across fallen logs that act as elevated platforms
Coins are scattered along the path — some laid out in lines, others arcing over obstacles to guide your jumps. Every coin you collect adds to your score, and your score is what puts you on the leaderboard.
The path curves and winds through dense forest on both sides. Obstacles come in formations, and the further you run, the trickier it gets. There's always at least one safe lane, but finding it in time is the challenge.

Edit: It's fixed! :D

Heyo! Really liking the game. :)
Idk if this is the right place to post bugs, sorry if there would be a better one. In 0.1.5, it is very inconsistent for me whether submitting a score fails or not. It would be awesome if there would be a resync button (like a rotating arrow icon) to try and push the score again if it fails! ^^
It's fine to post here. Give 0..1.6 a try, I think i fixed the bug. Let me know if it keeps failing
Hi, sadly, it has not really gotten better / really changed anything for me. With the latest update, it fails about 8 out of 10 times or so. But thank you for working on it! :)

This could just be coincidental, but I've noticed that low scores always get through and higher scores fail. Scores in the tens and twenties sometimes get through. 30 is a hard cutoff for me right now.
:")
I have been working and pentesting the project all day yesterday, I'm now using a new validation to make sure scores are correct, and they people can't cheat. If you have time I would love for you to give the new version 0.1.7 a try. The score checking has been overhauled.
Yes, it fully works now :D Thank you very much! :)
